At Progress In Motion Pediatric Physical Therapy,
we use dynamic therapy rather than “play therapy.”
We know that normal function requires specific
motions... and that kids’ brains can make new neural
pathways. Even kids with severe neuromuscular
problems are able to improve their posture and movement
control. So we use our hands to help them move
correctly and work with them directly – using therapies
based on Neuro-Developmental Treatment. While this is a different
approach, parents often tell us they can see noticeable
